The University of Chicago Department of Music is thrilled to share "Musical Moments," a socially distanced concert series that audiences can enjoy from their own homes. Showcasing students and faculty from the Department's Performance Programs, these virtual concerts feature music from a variety of composers, traditions, and periods.
Musical Moments begins with concerts this Thursday and next—December 10 and December 17—before picking up again after the new year. Join us on Facebook and YouTube at 4:30 pm CST for music by Florence Price, Franz Liszt, and Johann Sebastian Bach, as well as a special choral performance of the Bulgarian folk song Snoshti Sām Minal.
