University Wind Ensemble: Dualities

In its first performance under the leadership of Director Nicholas J. Carlson, the University Wind Ensemble explores dualities in music, from double-entendres to opposite sides of the same coin. The program includes Tchaikovsky’s comic and farcical Dance of the Tumblers and contemporary works by Kathryn Salfelder, Julie Giroux, Viet Cuong, and Ola Gjeilo.
