Chicago Serenade: Sounds from the Windy City
The UChicago jazz ensembles will perform the music of Chicago jazz musicians who were historically important to the development of jazz in the windy city. Featured will be the music of Clifford Jordan, Lil Hardin Armstrong, Von and George Freeman, Eddie Harris, Jodie Christian, Richard Evans, and Earl "Fatha" Hines.
